  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Refunds are processed after inspection (if applicable)

⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products are not eligible for return.
